Terms and Conditions

1) All items are nett and priced in SGD.
2) Goods sold are not refundable and not exchangeable.
3) Exchange is only applicable for damaged goods or if customer has received a different item ordered.
4) No cancellation of order once the order has been processed. Refund will not be given for cancellation of goods.
5) Delivery will only be made after full payment is received.
6) We will reply your email within 3 working days.
7) All stocks listed on the site are in-stock items. All goods are ready and available.
8）We will send out the goods within 3 working days from receiving your payment.
9) All items will be sent through Singpost.
10) All personal details will be kept private and confidential.
11) We will not be responsible for loss of items through normal post.
12) Do note that there might be slight colour difference due to the different monitor's resolution.

We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any point of time.
